Herzblut and Dunkler kann es nicht werden are titles taken from and inspired by the poetry of Gottfried Benn. Dunkler is based on the last story in Elke Heidenreich's Kolonien der Liebe. 2 or 3 Things I Know About Ed is, well...just that. Everything was originally shot on 16mm motion picture film.
